Unfortunately we do not refund personalised items or change of mind unless there is a fault or defect with the product. Please get in touch with us immediately to let us know so we can get the replacement made and delivered to you ASAP.

  2. Put return form and unused defect goods in the parcel that your order arrived in and seal it.
  3. Take the parcel to a convenient parcel shop of your choice and let them do their thing – they love this stuff.
  4. Done! Once we receive the item back We’ll immediately replace the damaged product free of charge.
